The mission of the 2nd Story is to enhance the quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities through social, educational and recreational activities. The funds raised through the Twice Blessed program will help 2nd Story provide adults with developmental disabilities in Minot with a wider range of social, recreational, and community-based opportunities.
