Scouting America (formerly known as the Boy Scouts of America) is one of the nation’s largest and most respected youth-serving organizations. Its mission is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law. Through hands-on learning, outdoor adventure, and community service, Scouting helps youth develop leadership, character, and citizenship. Funds raised will be utilized to support camping. Camping is the highlight of all Scouting Experiences. It gives something our youth to work towards, and it is the height of experiences of any Scout often time working on advancements and badges up-to and during camp.
